Challenge

The client needed to score every transaction in under 100ms for real-time decisions. Their existing rules engine was accurate but too slow, and an earlier AI pilot had stalled on latency and compliance. They needed a system that could run in their own environment and go live within a quarter.

Solution

We designed and built a custom inference pipeline that runs trained models on GPU-backed instances inside their VPC. We kept feature computation and model serving under 50ms so the full decision path stays under 100ms. The platform is monitored end-to-end, and all model and data flows are documented for audit and review.
